    Plate vulcanizing press machine provides the pressure ,temperature and time control required for vulcanization, so that press and shape various molded and plastic polymer sheet mateirals for further testing or as a mass production basics. Under high temperature and pressure in the vulcanizing press equipment , its physical and chemical properties of the rubber material would be changed accordingly ,which increase the durablity and stability of rubber products and significantly improve its performance .     So what is the process of vulcanizing ?

    Firstly : Vulcanizing Mixture :Mix the rubber raw material with the vulcanizing agent, fillers and other additives in a homogeneous way, this process is usually carried out by the opener, which ensures a homogeneous dispersion of the mixture.

    Secondly : Heating Material :  Feed the homogeneously mixed rubber compound is into the vulcanizing chamber of the vulcanizing machine, where an electric heater or steam heating system heats it.

    Thirdly :  Setting temperature and time: undoubtedly the temperature and time are two critical elements for vulcanizing material. Luckily ,this vulcanizer machine is equipped with a temperature and time control system ,which can adjust the temperature and time, and can ensure the vulcanization reaction would be carried out accurately.

    Forthly :Vulcanization reaction occurs: the vulcanizing agent reacts in vulcanizer machine under high temperature , which cause the rubber better elasticity and abrasion resistance.

    Finally :Cooling : After vulcanization from the machinery understand high temperature ,the rubber products need to be cooled down , so that finally cure the cross-linked structure by lowering the temperature.

    Outcome

    The $4 million project was successfully completed in two separate phases with both phases coming in on schedule and the overall costs coming in under budget. Emergency repairs to the facility were completed on December 11th, 2014 which allowed for the facility to operate through the critical winter months. Permanent electrical repairs along with less critical site deficiencies were completed in April and May of 2016 when a longer facility shut-down could be tolerated. In order to meet the required schedule, TransGas delegated procurement and construction management services to WSP. WSP’s procurement procedures allowed for the selection of contractors and material suppliers in an efficient manner while still ensuring traceability for insurance auditors.
