    Double Arm Kneader Mixer

    The kneader mixer is high-efficiency horizontal mixing machine with one pair of rotary sigma or Z-type paddles blade,which highly preferable for vulcanizing, polymerization and kneading of low to high viscosity and elastoplastic materials. 

    The cylinder body and the parts in contact with the material is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel to ensure product quality.

    With one stirring paddle moving at a rapid speed and the other moving at a slow pace,which work as scissor. By ways of varying paddle speeds and its shear force caused ,the blades of mixer kneader can cause the particles to react quickly and uniformly, it allows more complete mixing for these semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastic material.

    The vacuum kneader mixer adopts hydraulic cylinder turning and uncovering ,it use electric heating, steam heating, circulating hot oil heating, circulating water cooling and other methods for temperature adjustment.

     

    The kneader can be made into vacuum, pressure, atmospheric, Normal temperature, high temperature, low temperature, etc

    Our Client’s Challenge

    In October 2020, the TransGas Prud’homme Gas Storage Caverns in Saskatchewan were left ablaze after a significant explosion which occurred at the principal wellhead. Gas production from this facility is crucial during the winter when natural gas demands are the highest. It was therefore critical that the facility was repaired in time before the cold set in.
