The Double-Acting Cylinders Hydraulic Guillotine Bale Cutter is an advanced industrial cutting technology which integrate hydraulic power, durable cutting structure, and PLC automatic control system to deliver superior cutting performance. It mainly consist of motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave RAM, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber cutting knife, rack, conveying groove etc.
This rubber cutting equipment is applied to cut raw material into small pieces for plasticating and mixing, it is suitable for natural rubber ,synthetic rubber ,reclaimed rubber and plastic material .

When you need cut the material , just put the material into feeding roller , and feeding roller will feed the material under the knife , then press the motor button in cabinet , knife will fall down and cut the material.
The replaceable cutting knife is made of high quality very hard carbon steel , it is easy and convenient to be removed for re-sharpening or replacement.
It is precisely directed by high strength nylon guides to register against a cast urethane cutting pad, both of which are easily and inexpensively replaced as required.

How Does Rubber Bale Cutter Work?
The high-precision hydraulic-powered rubber bale cutter are used to cut rubber into pieces as per speicific needs. The rubber bales or block can be fed through the machine. These rubber piece cut travels through the rubbe bale cutter machine which ensures smooth movement.
1. Check blade is in the up position.
2. Open the gate.
3. Place slab of rubber along the cutting edge.
4. Leave the cage area and close the gate.
5. Press the cut button to lower the blade to cut the rubber slab.
6. Blade rises after the cut sequence; wait until the blade is fully up.
7. Open the gate to remove the cut pieces.
8. Repeat the cycle.
