Belt conveyor is also named PVC belt conveyor or belt conveyor system, It is an economical logistics conveying equipment.
This conveyor system consisit of aluminum alloy and PVC belt. Than ks to aluminum frame construction ,the conveyor system are lighte weight, higher strength and can use for a long time.
The belt of the conveyor is made with high anti-static PVC material which is wear-resistant, elastic and not easy to deform.
This conveyor belt system come with automatic speed and steady speed which controlled by electronic governor. Its speed can be adjusted from 4 to 25 meters per minute. The motor has strong power, low noise, safe and reliable. So the PVC belt conveyor can keep stability even when working ,but wouldn’t shake .

area, for example chemical, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food and beverage.
The conveyor can be customize :
1. Body length, bandwidth, body height (low-end and high-end, fixed or adjustable).
2. The material (PVP/PU Teflon canvas) and thickness of the belt.
3. Belt speed (how many meters per minute), weight of the whole machine, base (foot cup and foot pad).
4. Profiles (aluminum profiles and steel square tubes) and motor power are small.
5. Auxiliary equipment: workbench, lamp stand, cooling fan, guardrail, funnel, etc.
