Description
A single screw extruder is one extrusion machine used to form a plastic product into the ideal shape. The extruding machine heats the plastic raw material to its melting point, after which the extrusion machines force or pull unformed material into die,so that produce lengths of stock forms and cross-sectional shapes. They are used mainly in the plastics, rubber ,metals, and composite-forming industries.
The extrusion machines are also used in automotive, aerospace, and construction applications. The extruder machine usually consist of tubular barrel, a revolving screw, plunger within the barrel ann hopper.
These extrusion machine are mainly used in tire tread, gaskets, tape, and other rubber extrusion, it is energy saving, high and low, good plasitcization and refined glue quality characteristic.
