Sigmal kneader mixer is an ideal equipment for kneading, mixing, curing and polymerization of high viscosity and elastic-plastic materialsalso ,it is also named as blander mixer ,because of its design are similar to the Greek letter sigma (Σ) ,it has two horizontally fitted mixing blades in each trough of the U trough bowl.
When working ,these two ‘Z’ shape blades rotate in opposite direction for proper mixing of material,so that high shear and knead sticky products and highly viscous masses.

By different direction and at different speed ,it would help the material powders when working ,it can move from the sides toward the center of the bowl.
